This private session was perfect! I picked up Florian and we headed to Kingscliff. After a surf check we decided it was a bit small and headed to another beach. That beach was blown out so we return to the main break at Kingscliff not expecting much.
Alex is a travelling surfer from the states and wanted some photos at Snapper Rocks. It can be difficult to shoot at Snapper because of the amount of people but if the surfer is confidenent and can get waves, I will be sure to get the photos. The swell was small around 2 feet and the North wind came up quickly. Even with the tough conditions we still managed to get some keepers that Alex can take home. If you’re interested in a private shoot, message me or checkout the private session options on each image.
Marc is a surfer from Sydney and love to fly in when the swell comes to town on the Gold Coast. We hit snapper and managed to get a few shots around the crowd. He was a good surfer which makes it easier to get the right shot. I find shooting later in the morning can be good for the sun as Marc isn’t back lit. This also allows you to get super clear blue water in your shots. If you’re interested in a private session simply message me or complete the booking form.
Solo session at Greenmount Trying to line up a shot at the worlds busiest wave is hard. I suggested to Ryan that we try line up a shot at Greenmount, this may be easier than competing in the narrow take off spot of Snapper Rocks. Conditions were clean and Ryan managed to get a few waves after a couple of run arounds.
Private Surf Session with Yoichi and Nari, I met them at Cabarita and we did a 2 hour photoshoot. Small waves but still a great session with the headland making a great backdrop. Check out our private session packages and book yours today.
